I have eaten fu fu made from boiled banana back in the caribbean. The taste is okay but I prefer the taste of boiled/fried yam, cassava, dasheen with saltfish yummy!!

Thanks for your comment. We ate this fufu with palmnut soup, with crab and coated fish, and it was fantastic. I didn't get to try a grasscutter, but I did see them for sale on the side of the road. They were big buggers :)
