  • WHO THE FUCK DISLIKED THIS?

  • Oh, Tchaikovsky...even in love and loneliness you're music is harsh and Russian. Still, beautiful.

  • - Bellissima melodia; bellissime armonie.

  • - Bellissima melodia, bellissime armonie!

  • meh. too fast for me.

  • @SuperRasngan If it's putting you to sleep, you're certainly not listening.

  • Its so beautiful, it makes me melt

  • Joshua Bell. I love his sound.

  • If ever God gave the most perfect gift of melody to any one composer, he gave it toTschaikowsky.

How could such an incomparable musician as Joshua Bell not be so moved by it to give us here everything that in the world of music making binds passion to poetry. Mr. Bell does just that, every time. Bless him and God bless the memory of Tschaikowsky!

    I'm undone.

  • this is magnificent , Joshua bell is incredible !!!! i can't believe some critics said of Tchaikovsky in his day that his music was vulgar ? can you believe that !!!! this is one of my favorites i can listen to it over and over again , touches the soul , thank you so much

  • Tchaikovsky....a perfect romantic, on the hands of a virtuoso! You gotta love it!

  • I can never forget the way Joshua Bell plays this piece. Nor can I forget how his music makes me feel. Thanks a bundle Joshua!!!

  • No No No. There is NO PROOF AT ALL that the composers love for his nephew was ever consummated.

  • @furlomg3 rien à redire écouter simplement..........c'est beau.

  • COMO TODA LA MÚSICA DE TCHAIKOVSKY...SIEMPRE TAN HERMOSA Y CARGADA DE ROMANTICISMO Y FANTASÍA!!! EL INTERPRETE ES EXCEPCIONAL PORSUPUESTO

  • This video is good for practice singing this song. =]

  • Vladimir Davïdov Tchaikovsky's nephew nicknamed "Bob" became his lover from the late 1880s. Tchaikovsky was always homesick during his musical tours abroad he hated the loneliness of large cities and he always longed to get back home to be with his beloved nephew "my idol" whom he made his heir. His letter to Bob from a hotel room in London in May 1893 shows this correspondence to have been his life-line: "I am writing to you with a voluptuous pleasure". (None but the Lonely Heart)..!!!!

  • @CastorCanadien i wish i had never read that comment. but i won't take it for granted, not the great tchaikovsky it can't be sniff sniff...

  • @notaras1985 You are correct not to"take for granted" the comment of Castor Canadien...

he merely read this account of Tchaikovsky by another, accepted it as gospel, and copied

it off as his comment...this is often referred to as "gossip". Look-up Tchaikovsky's bio

whereby he wrote his brother and emphatically denied his guilt !

  • @harold9619 "In his book, Tchaikovsky: The Quest for the Inner Man, Poznansky showed that Tchaikovsky had homosexual tendencies and that some of the composer's closest relationships were with persons of the same sex. Tchaikovsky's servant Aleksei Sofronov and the composer's nephew, Vladimir "Bob" Davydov, have been suggested as possible romantic interests."

  • @sumitic Does this have any relevance to the beauty of his music ?

  • @CastorCanadien You and others seem to take delight putting "spin" on innuendo

such as"... voluptuous pleasure" ... voluptuous can also be taken as fond of or

directed toward luxury, elegance, and pleasures of the senses. He also wrote his brother

saying " surely you realize how painful it is for me to know that people pity and forgive me

when in truth I am not guilty of anything."

  • I love this song
