Wow - this is the first I've heard of this. I lived in Tulia from 2nd - 6th grade in the early 1970's. The neighborhood where I lived was hit. Thank God there were no major injuries!
Can anyone help to recommend this, my hometown, for some sort of Extreme Makeover? Thanks for any ideas!
