There is no need for terrorist's to attack America after 9/11. Their goal was to have us attack ourselves and they have succeeded! Obama made a deal with the R leadership: I won't investigate/prosecute torture, Iraq war intelligence manipulation, etc., if you give minimal resistance to my new New Deal legislation, let my nominees through, and make sure I have a solid and successful first 100 days. And.....the UN Convention Against Torture. Roanald Reagan signed it in 1988.

It states that we are required to prosecute those that torture in the USA. If we will not it stated we must send them where they will be prosecuted.
