good but better if you used the acctual songs from the commecials. i like though. my favorite iPod commercial was always the Skaters skating to Feel Good Inc. by The Gorillaz. haha and at the end "A thousand songs, in your pocket." now its about 30,000 lol. very cool how time has change and the more songs that can go on an iPod the smaller it has gotten.

Agreed, don't knock it until you've tried it. I used to be a little against them for a while then I decided to jump in the deep end and get one, I've never looked back. They are simple yet effective.

ipods are not evil, just because they have a big market share doesnt mean they arent good.

that is the reason they have such a good market share is because they are a well designed, amazingly simple product.

You gotta admit, their quick and effective marketing strategies are like an insurance to their already stable monopoly. Every year, they release a form of an iPod. Of course, several players managed to imitate Apple's ploys, like Creative's Zen Micro (which, in my opinion, was the company's shining moment) with ads and celeb endorsements. It's hard for me to say it, but the iPod is the perfect monopoly.

well than if you have a Creative you should know that they have a much better sound, and it all depends on your sound file, whether it be MP3 or AAC, theres a certain bitrate that each Mp3 is decoded in, most from iTunes are 128Kbps. While both a Creative Zen and an iPod can play most bitrates, the Creative has the better/higher audio quality. and iPods may be cool, but I seriously don't get something more expensive because that's what people have. I get what has best features/price.

Have you EVER owned any other MP3 player??? You CAN sign up for urge on WMP11, but you don't have to! and no, I believe most other MP3 players last much longer because they are built tougher. And the main reason they have such a good market share is because Apple storms TV with their stupid Sillouette ads.
