One point of these fight scenes is he's mixing styles. I can't see drunken boxing here. This scene is mostly a blend of Muay Thai with Tiger Claw....quite incredible if you ask me!

If you see the whole movie you can also see some wing chun and real drunken boxing. It is also mixed with jujutsu, kendo, escrima and Muay Thai of course.
