@bowiemichelle So much that when Paul's wife (I think it was her) saw him alongside Paul, Ringo and the rest in the concert she was so amazed that she said that George was the one who was young and the others got old.
@mlynn1231 but who knows what frame of mind he'd be in and there could have been a completely different list of songs. Plus for the fact he wrote Something with the beatles and that could be the greatest love song of all time. I think it worked out okay, but I know what you mean
@hafaball It WAS the best love song until "Maybe I'm Amazed" which was then eclipsed by "Woman". Actually my real sentiment is a wish that the Beatles had released two more albums made up mostly of George's songs.I would have loved for them to have recorded these songs. But I realize there wouldn't have been much in it for the band. It's a strictly selfish desire.
