I just wish she would use Greg Laswell's timing. it seems as though she has trouble keeping time vocally while playing the guitar, and I am pretty sure that this is not the case, and it was done as an artistic choice, this is one rare case where I prefer the remake.

That's because her voice is a bit damaged and she would not be able to sing with the standard tuning any more. She's the best anyway!!

@Volodioso I keep dipping back into uploads of Kristin's performances hoping that her beautiful voice might have come back, but no. It's so sad. A great song though, and to this day, I wish I'd seen her perform it on stage before her voice got damaged. I had the privilege to see her live many times before it went, but never but oddly never since this song.

@loveablemoggy ~I saw her live solo YEARS ago and was standing about 2 feet from her & her eyes were so bizarre. She would engage the audience when she spoke between songs, but as soon as she started singing, she was gone- eyes glazed over, totally gone. It was incredibly intense.
