For the people thinking it was bad just to take a camel to a cold area-
I live in Vermont. There is a camel on this farm right off the interstate, so everyone sees it on their daily commute. It can either stand outside or go in the barn, and almost everyday, cold, snow, or not it is standing out there. So yeah, camels are fine cold climates.
