  • So, I carved out a nice plan to quit smoking gradually and when i get over it, I will start working out. I've cut down cigs on a weekly basis, one cig a week. It's been a long, hellish and disturbing 4 months. Now, I smoke 10 a day vs 22. My humble advice: Don't mix smoking with work out. It's stressful, no matter what the docs say.

  • I've been a smoker for 4 years and i tried inducing exercise of 20 mins a day in my daily routine. In the beginning i felt great as i was always a fanatic of working out in gym. Later, I started to feel uneasy and i had a feeling of confusions and dullness. Eventually, I started to lose hair as the stress of smoking and exercise took over, I couldn't stop smoking so i gave up on exercise. I discovered first hand that exercise and smoking don't go together.....
