This is a good video. I might be tempted to put responsibility at the top, and confidence in the second spot ...but the list is good. To me, being a leader requires being complete in these areas...with yourself as well as others. Of course, your occupation and experience may play a role in the degree of these things, but all can apply. To me, determination, confidence and courage all go together. Again, I believe good leaders are born...at least to some degree. Thanks.
thank you for this top 10.. the last few are actually quite profound and not always mentioned.. especially courage. that was inspirational, cuz when everybody hates on you, it takes courage to forge through others' not believing in you, you have to be your own biggest cheerleader.
Thanks for confirming my leadership skills in a nut shell. Its hard being at the top of the table but someones gotta do it and carry the team along.
