I was in Toronto that weekend for a church conference and several of us were caught up in this nonsense when they closed the subways and forced us above ground and into the mess of it. i had to walk for 5 flippin hours to get around all the nonsense and get to my room. i couldn't sit down or anything without being herded along. i didn't see any violence anywhere, except on the part of the police who were plain mean.
