I am a trained soldier. I've used night-vision a lot..... First there is a reason why you shall not light a cigarette during combat at night time. You can be seen from miles away by any night-vision goggles. (specially older models). And this object is clearly a really really small one like a bat or bug even. (as you can tell by comparing it to the trees in the background) If you use your heat-sensors, this is very common. NOT a UFO. thumbs up so all can see.

I visited the ranch about a year ago and saw this type of "flight" through night vision goggles Gilliland so generously had on hand for the visitors....BUT....

Gilliland drove the tractor around the perimeter of the field a short time before sunset; stirring up pollen. Later that month in the southwest, I conducted an experiment using a pillow and night vision camera. After hitting the pillow a couple times, I found I had the same results. This is pollen or dust like that from the pillow. Sad.

This is a floating ball of fluff - cotton, polyester, fur, who knows what. There's an IR light source near the camera (either a visible bulb or an IR light on the scope), as you can see the trees are lit and the closest ones are brightest. The ball of fluff reflects the IR light and is overexposed, washing out the detail except around the edges of the object.

It's moving like any fluffy object moves in a light wind.
