So upset I missed the concert at World Cafe Live. Play near center city, Philly, at WCL, Electric Factory, or the TLA and I won't miss it. Promise. Just come soon. Already bought both albums!
Hey thats cool. I just dl'd "here we go" from the Marlboro website. Im going to my space to ask them for a guitar tab for that song. Maybe you can ask for ??? L8r! Great Band I definately look forward to more!
The awareness of Rock is definately there. Its also freshly done while the singer is pulling off the character and it works for this type of blues. The others in the band need to find their own character and display it a bit more, whatever that may be.
What is exciting is that their use of call and response and "off form" blues "excursions" are creative with limitless possibilities in the future that I hope continues.

Hiya, just found this video, really nice job; The camera is nice and clear and it just looks awesome. I like the song too, something to have good beer at a concert with. Heh ^^ <not that I know, eh?> I know a couple people that might like this song, so I'll spread it around. <gives a wave>
Like your stuff. Living in Vegas i dont get to hear "real" music much, road house is mssing from this town. On my way back home to Cleveland hope to stop by and see you guys live. I long for reality...
Listen to Nevermore. 3 things make up great music. Technique, Knowledge of your instrument and creativity. Play the hell out of it or dont play it at all
Well I can agree to knowing about your instrument and creativity, and do recognize the talent needed to play the hell out of your instrument, but for me why play a million notes when one will do?
Seriously, really liked this song, but LOVED Fading Out and Daybreaks, which definitely show a great range of talent. Didn't people mock Dylan when he started making rockabilly? And now they're considered some of his best songs. Plus the other songs aren't quite like this, so I'm glad I listened to those.
The late 70s actually did call and they said "Why did it take 30 years for guys to start playing great music again." And if you don't think great music like that is returning, listen to the riffs by the White Stripes or Wolfmother and tell me it's not blues rock.
I like it very much, but you have to work just a little more with the sound. The drum was little bit high and the stings a little bit low. (Just a little no so much) OK.
Its funny, if ounce upon a time guys like this didn't play what they did none of the rest would ever come along. Blues formed the basis of modern music forever, trace any form of modern music back far enough and you find some old dude sitting on his porch talking about how much his life sucked lol. Old School Rock FTW! Its good to see that somewhere outthere nerdy white guys are still rockin out =)
Awesome! You guys are amazing! It's too bad that no one listens to blues these days, all that stuff has been shrouded by the grungy and bombastic alternative rock age, tis shame.
I've always wanted to join a blues band, so I'm going to form one soon! I'm a blues guitarist myself.

I got a fist full of bills
And I'm going to see the boss man.
I don't live by the law, but I do what I can.
It's a business babe, everybody's gotta pay the rent
So I walk up the stairs, knock on room 305, When you're livin like I do, don't know how long you're gonna be alive.
You trade green for white, and ride, ride ride.
Well they treat you like a spinning wheel. And they don't care how you feel. Gonna have to find a plate to get your meals. Baby that's the deal.
