How are the lights mounted? I looked around on a couple sites since I'm looking to do the same thing to my HAF and none of them really say how the lights are mounted.

There are many ways to mount them. I don't know what it is called in english but it's lika two pieces of fabric that comes together...and they are often used to tighten shoes with, kids shoes...hope you get what i mean :D

Some come with velcro, others come with double sided tape, depends what brand really. I know that the AC Ryan cathodes come with touble sided tap which you can stick anywhere you want.

Got a coolermaster HAF case on the way.

Along with a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard,

SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card, 750w PSU, intel core2 duo running at 3.0Hz,

and 4gig (2x2) mushkin RAM. Cant wait to put it together.

I'm using the original 230mm fan. The pros about the 230mm fan is that it can spin at low speeds and that reduces noice:D

Yes, I'll give it a shot. The reason for the blue lights is that every one I heard that had used red lights thought of them to be pink instead of red... and I didn't want a pink chassi-light... :P Just give me your Email and I'll send the pictures :)

I'm current putting together a new system myself, and I pretty much have the same setup as you.

I bought the Asus P5Q pro, Q6600, Evga 9800gtx+, 4gb 1066 gskill ram.

All i need now is a case and some HDs. I'm pretty decided on the HAf, but i wasn't sure if i wanted to put red or blue lights on the inside of the case. i'm liking the blue.

Can you get some shots from a front angle so I can see what the blue and red look like together?
