That was really pretty! How old were you here? You are a great dancer. If I may they only thing I would suggest is that you relax a little bit more in your upper body. I know the need to pull up everything. You just looked a little stiff is all. Keep dancing God bless! <3

@lunawater10 Thank you I was about 9-10 when I did this. And yes I know now that I was a little stiff. But this was my first solo ever, let alone a lyrical which I was not familiar with. It got better as I got older, and I did get corrected a lot for looking stiff in practices I was just so serious. But might I say, haha, that this was finals and watching this dance and the one from the first time ever I competed my solo, um yeah it's like night and day with stiffness... haha

praise dancing is a wonderful way of dancing for the glory of the lord. And i'm guessing you really felt the lords power and love while dancing. its a great way of expressing yourself in front of the lord and everyone in the audience feels that same emotional feeling. you did a really great job of that. btw perfect song choice hence the part " will i dance for you jesus" :)

@y3llowmodelchxck i wish praise dancers could do tricks and still be able to touch/reach out to others but it seems like most if not all praise dancers dont do tricks they only do movements...is there a certain rule? im a competitive dancer, but i want to be a praise dancer but with my style which is tricks and movement...not just movement..

@ahsxc07 you can absolutely have "tricks" in a praise dance. I have been dancing over 25 years and choreographing praise and worship dances for almost 20.  cartwheels, splits, leaps, turns, and lifts. You name it, I done and taught them. Praise dance is a realization that your gifts were made to glorify God and how you use them is what matters.

@ahsxc07 You have to keep in mind that I was in primary, this was my first solo EVER, I didn't know a lot of the tricks, and if I did them and didn't do them well, what would be the point it wouldn't have done as well. When I get to uploading my last seasons solo called Dancing with Angels, you'll see that I can do tricks and put them in my Praise Solos. And praise dancers can do tricks in our dances. So look out for that video (:

I honestly don't know what I want to do with dance I don't even know if I want to do it for a job but I have a while to think about that. And no, not all of my solos are praise dances such as my When you Know solo. I recently started doing Musical Theater solos and they are not praise. I have considered doing fine arts, such as going to LVA for highschool but I don't think so anymore.

This dance stands out to me because besides being quite flexible, having beautiful turns and jumps, and great choreography, you had expression!!! And I told him that my goal in my dancing was to bring people to God through my dances. A lot of people don't get that but It makes sense to me. And thank you. You are a very sweet person!
