    doesn't gootecks look nice? hahaha

  • Gootecks: Ima Fuck 'em up!

  • Rofl liar game movie place.

  • Gootecks with the MIND FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Gootecks should have countered Romeo's first throw of scissors by throwing stick.

  • should've counter picked

  • Imma money match this guy for $1000 but no 2/3... Just one try and that's it!!!

  • gootecks wanted his fight money

  • Sick mindgames

  • that's when frame reading comes in handy, lol

  • haha

  • Playing with gootecks it's like being part of an awesome movie... dude's really cool & his skills are like "over 9000".

One of the sickest... if not the best balrog player in the US.

  • hmmm but when he fights justin wongs balrog it's a different story... maybe just the way gootecks plays his balrog... i dunno i just think that justin just knows how to counter they way gootecks plays his balrog.

  • lol dick right him some more

  • who's the guy talking to Ed Ma in the back? I can't put a name to his face.

  • His online name is Jchensor - James Chen, I think. You can see him on I Got Next, or you can check out the videos on his YouTube channel - user/jchensor.

  • thanks!

  • You're welcome :].

  • yomi :)

  • Gootecks with the mind games, picking paper twice.

  • Romeo employs this strategy vs Noel in the RPS money matches - in two different matches, he threw three rocks in a row and three papers, respectively. It wins him some, and it loses him some. Check it out!

  • awesome!

  • Thanks for watching. Start up some hype RPS matches around your area and post them on YouTube!

  • Loved that Headbutt into ultra finish right there! On a more serious note, nice to see the fun and laid back nature of some of the players - Too many out there who spend their time trash talking or spouting egotistical nonsense rather than just having fun and being laid back ^^

  • RPS bridges divides and is a universal thing that many cultures understand. It is a great game. You don't even need to know the language to challenge someone at it.

But yeah, the best SFIV players make the best RPS players. Not a coincidence!

  • Well a lot of it stems from the whole competative nature of gaming/the game in general.

I try hard to remember games are just games are they're made for fun, but as Gootecks himself said, it's a beat'em'up - You have to literally 'beat' the other person and it can really suprise you in what kind of emotion this brings out in a person. I played online quite a bit and turned into a screaming frustrated bastard swearing at the monitor out of rage - Other people take it differently ^^

  • Point is, it's moments like the one you've uploaded, that reminds you that not everything should be taken by beating our chests and screaming - It's a nice little scene :)

  • Yes, that's true, too. And online play does seem to bring out the worst in us!

Did you know RPS was used in deciding an appropriate place of deposition in a federal case? Incredible how RPS can be utilized.

  • Nope, didn't know that at all - Infact that last time I had seen/heard/played RPS was 20 years ago ^^

It's not something you think much of or see that much (at least not me, anyways) yet it's a very simple and unforgettable little game. I remember playing it frequently as a child but never seen it in any form until this movie.

  • Lol, who the hell does 2 out of 3 matches?

  • lol gootecks shouldnt really do that 0:40 pose again

  • He should do it to his opponent after he throws his stick =]

  • Gootecks is a class act, and plays a damn good Boxer. He wouldn't throw his stick :].

  • Noel and Romeo went back and forth like 10 times. Romeo ended up winning $40.

  • Evo 2k9 RPS Champion =]
