ihave a question! so im trying to beat the game on crushing but its kinda hard to get the treasures with me dying alot :P so ican switch to easy mode and collect them with ease right? also you knoe how like when you want to do a certain chapter it says what mode you beat it on? well if ibeat it all on crushing and then do another playthrough to collect all the treasure will the mode it says passed on be "crushing" or "easy"??? im trying to get platinum!! >.<

yea it is but i think its because a lot of ancient greek, roman, even egyptian myth's and storys ended up to be no more than traps or a way to make a point. and the game designers tend to falling alng the same plots so its gonna end up being close to the same. but thats just my opinion. considering i didnt make the game lol.

I think the only think that bothers me about this game is how eerily similar the plot is to Uncharted 2. Tell me if this sounds familiar:

Drake goes looking for a lost treasure that bad guys are also after, which eventually leads them to find a lost city. Once there he discovers that the treasure is really some horrible ancient evil and the bad guys are looking to weaponize it. He then stops the bad guys, and narrowly escapes the ancient city as it collapses around him.

I thought Uncharted 3 nailed everything except the control issues. I liked the ending despite people saying it fell short of U2's. The epicness and campaign were just as good as U2 for me, with the exception of U3 having MORE epic moments putting it on the very top on my list of best games of all time.

By not appreciating its pure beauty and awesome set pieces. There are just so many outstanding bits, the game is just perfect. The story was also amazing!

summed it up beatifully as far as i am concerned. I am just playing it for the third time for a treasure hunt, and even knowing what it going to happen, I am still simply blown away.

So i guess what I am saying is....go back to it and appreciate every aspect of it...i get it if u did not play 1&2

Great game but doesn't top UC2. I always thought the supernatural enemies towards the end of the previous 2 games were a bit daft, but I missed the dread of having to face them in this one. Quite disappointed with no real ending battle too... and just the ending in general. Good to see characters like Elena and Chloe, but they didn't seem to have a purpose in the game... along with the new guy. Chloe just seemed to be forgotten about halfway through with no mention of her at the end either.

I know ND wants to wanted to make a 3rd chapter in the saga but dont do a george lucas & put out hurried up shitty material jus to say .. *whew* were finally finished with it. Granted they were all illusions, tricks, and lies, but the point was to instill fear by appearing to be supernatural. Everything Talbot did can be explained, but they are left intentionally blank.

yea i really really enjoyed this game. some parts were hit and miss (the endings plot was a bit weird but obviously i won't spoil) the melee felt like it was trying to be like batman with 'square' = punch 'triangle' = counter and 'circle' = dodge. the boat scene was the major highlight as well as the plane scene and the characters are fantastic having the plot revolve around nate and sully (which i was wanting for uncharted 2) and the MP co-op is great, pick AIRSTRIP, awesome cameos

Fantastic game but it didn't reach the heights of U2 for me; Drake feels a bit more punch drunk in this game all the time, he sort of staggers everywhere; and i thought the hit detection was a bit loose.

Uncharted 2 just felt more involving. Only the Chapters on the ships even got close to matching that intensity IMO.
