I tried this recie today and man it was really good. I did exactly what you said except for the cinnamon powder and it was perfect. My entire family loved it. Thanks for the eggless recipe. I will be trying more of your eggless/vegetarian recipes later.

Great version of the fruit cake. My family recipe (Texas) is to make loaves with an egg white wash on top with candied cherries then soak the entire cake in bourbon.

@Desi4evah They are also Indian just like I am and a lot of Indians are vegetarian like me so it's probably b/c they are vegetarians they don't use those ingredients but idk them so yeah :)
