  • nice fish

  • Hey Joe, I know i'm a little late on the video but i was wondering where you have success for bass on Hoover. I always fish on the southern end and can't seem to catch anything

  • Joe, Have you fished Hoover for Saugeye? How was your luck if you did? What did you use if you did?

  • My favorite bait is a Venom twister or a roadrunner in the 1/8 size. Bright pink tiped with half a nightcrawler.

    Thanks for watcing the show.

  • how far is this place from massillon or canton

  • Hoover is about 2.5 hours away from Canton. I hope to see you on the water this spring. If you see me be sure to say hi and if my camera is running you can give a shout out to everyone watching the show.

    Thanks

  • I love crappie fun to catch and they fight too. I love the taste you made my mouth water, great day! good job Joe

  • Thanks Tulsa.

  • Come on, Joe, tell us how deep and what you are using! Also, what time of the year (we're still very icy around here). You showed you definitely can catch these fabulous panfish.

  • Got you covered. I caught so many fish that I didn't have enough time for explanations just action. This show file was 98mb just 2mb below the Youtube limit. This was in April and I was fishing about 2 feet deep under a slip bobber with a crappie minnow. It's icy near Westerville, Ohio where this was shot right now but, I waited until just the right moment to release this show because I knew everyone would be suffering from cabin fever and dying to go out and catch some crappies.

  • nice crappie ,, i love fishing for crappie in cold water.. it seem like i can pattern them better

    nice job joe

  • Your right, they group up much tighter and once you find them you can catch lots. Thanks
