  • where is the other?why are there only 7 courses with video lecture in mathematics?

    I appreciate it so much

I hope i will be a student of MIT, now I'm in indonesia

  • Ok, this is important, I believe he got the dimensions for the nullspaces mixed up here. The nullspace of Ax=0 is n dimensional not m, the left nullspace should be m.

All the examples from my notes show this and wikipedia (which cites Strang) also confirms this!

  • I ignore this, I don't know where I got the idea he mixed them up, sorry.

  • I honestly don't think he teachers well.

  • Are there better LA lectures online?

  • i honestly don't think that your grammar is right!

  • I have an Engineering Degree and never took it. I'm taking it when I go for my Astrophysics Masters, thus why I'm watching it now just to get familiar.

  • where did you get your undergrad?

  • The University of Central Florida.

  • It's a sophomore course. Both math and engineering majors take it.

  • is this linear algebra for undergrade major mathe students? it looks like a course for engineers. Can someone tell?

  • This is easier to learn when it is drawn out and explained most of the books sux

  • do i need to reduce A all the way to R or does it suffice to stop at U when computing E and the left nullspace? the all-zeros rows will be apparent on both R and U. So U should be enough!

  • Good
