Celebrity SOLSTICE

Our first cruise was on the Equinox summer 09, second cruise was Voyager of the Seas. Celebrity is much better, but Royal Caribbean was nice also. We much prefer Celebrity smoking policy, hated the smoky casino on Voyager.

i agree with you;. celebritiy is mroe for the elder people. ive been on their cruise twice and most of the guests are senoir cizitens. the cruise asks more from you. strict dining code, dress code,strict time and rules to be followed. but still not a bad cruise. weres as norwegain cruise line lets you walk naked they wouldent care. i dont like that either, there should be something in the middle. like princess

wow that is not true. The Royal Caribbean cruises are better, ill give you that. But goin on the Celebrity Solstice was not cheap, and my family is sure as hell not poor. I've been on both Celebrity and Royal Carribbean. I agree with you: the RC ship is better but celebrity is not for poor people, the Celebrity Solstice anyways

i never said the ship wasn't good, just not that big, i've been on 10 cruises and i prefer any ships in royal caribbeans freedom class, they are amazing, oh and look up royal caribbeans new oasis of the seas, it is basically double the size of the solstice

The Oasis of the Seas is literally double the size of the Solstice. Sostice is 122,000 gross tons and Oasis of the Seas is 220,000 gross tons. Oasis of the seas is an okay cruise ship... But it really isn't my style. I'm more interested in seaworthy and classy ships. I'm looking to become an officer or captain of a cruise liner and I really wouldn't want to command Oasis of the Seas. Nor would I be terribly interested in Solstice but I would pick Solstice over Oasis of the Seas.

Solsice is easily one of the best cruise ships in the world! Far better than any RCLI or Princess Cruise Line ships! The only ship i can think of that is better is the GTS Millennium (also a Celebrity Cruises ship)
