hey can someone please help me? i just baught this game and when i have installed and all, i run the game, but it says "Wrong CD inserted, please insert the correct cd and press OK to restart application"

If it is a two, three etc. disk game, try inserting the first and then last installation CD. If that does not help, try seeking the first patch or perhaps the latest patch for the game. This might solve the issue.

A the requirments on the box are 1000 times less then what is actually needed and B this game is on a crisis engine making even more taxing i wouldnt bother its like a crappy version of total war without massive armies or counquer the world

hej, rome total war is wearing the total war trading mark, its not based on itso wn but on the big war style, choosing your troops to conqueror. like medieval 2 TOTAL WAR

I don't think there is any other way, but when you do reinstall it, you can still elave your data and files intact.

He chose those colours to highlight the different areas that can be changed. If he chose grey and then a darker shade of grey it would be very hard to distinguish between them.

Depends on who you ask.

Linear campaign. Battles plays like total war although scaled down to controlling 100s rather than 1000s.

There a nice upgrade system for units and heroes, siegeware, and heroes can challenge each other but there no friendly fire, which is retarded but you apprecciate it when fighting a giant.

I found it enjoyable enough. Many other despise it.
