I'll attest to this.

Whenever family members are sick, I give them a mix of apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg's brand) with a little lemon juice, some cayenne and a little agave nectar. A little hunk of ginger could/should also be added. Add hot water and drink. My brother was once very sick and I gave him this drink at 10:00 am...by 8 p.m. we were out at a friend's house good as gold!

Yeah, I can attest to this.

I use apple cider vinegar when I or a family member is sick. I take Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon, cayenne, ginger and a touch of agave nectar in warm water to cure a cold. My brother once came down with a terrible cold one Saturday and he was given the drink around 10 a.m....by 10 pm. we were at a friend's house, good as gold.
