I can relate to gilbert bcas I am on the rich south highschool varsity bball team and every game my coach puts in everyone else but me unless we r blowing the team were against out...my assistant coach says I have a lot of talent and potential to be great.(I specialize in 3pters but my head coach says to stop shooting 3s.) I make like 80-90 percent of my shots in practice and in warmups for games. But he doesn't notice me over his "ball hogging not new comer" palyers...
