  • I'm new to this. I have an Alesis 8 usb mixer and I'm using Ableton Live Lite which it came with. How do I combine all my tracks into one mp3 file?

  • You can't export your project in Live Lite.. you need LE or better.

  • These are great vids man! And just to let everyone know, you can do this same template technique in almost all DAWS like Cubase, Logic, Digital Performer, etc.

  • I like that, you can just save that as a template with your tracks already in place for performing instruments and effects sends etc. it's all saved as a template and you can add on additional intstrument tracks and effect tracks at any time but you don't have to create it from scratch every time. A recording/mixing environment that you created is saved and you just start a new song in the saved template and save the new song when done so when inspiriation hits just start dropping beats/loops.

  • =) I just literally jumped up took my lap top to the studio and did the template. Its funny I didn't even think of doing this. Good video! Just make sure you protect it or you might accidentally save over it.
