@sharkl11 Feran Adria is going into "primal Cooking" from what I heard. The man has been at the very top for a long time. He might be taking some time off also. From what I understand El Bulli while it did make money was not to be a permanant fixture anyways. I'm sure we'll be hearing from him in the near future. A person like that does not stay dormant. I can imagine right now that he may be gathering some of the best culinary young minds in the buisness for some new adventure.

Bourdain is a very talented writer, and a fantastic food lover. A real classic hedonist. As a French, I would say he is a very very cool man.
