I'm not saying this to sound mean, but is that sound what you want? My bass drum has the sames heads and no kickport inside it but it sounds deeper and more resonant.. :/
how are you doing that quick double? It looks like your leg is only moving once but you're getting two hits. Sorry I'm new to drums and trying to figure this out.
Sounds real flat with a lot of mid range. Kind of like a PS3. I prefer the Emad.

Great Looking drum. I am not sure if the sound is worth showing. Of course it is so hard to tell unless you are in the room I guess.

@TheHexeract it looks to me like he's using the heel-toe technique, there are countless videos on youtube describing it and how to do it.
