  • Thank u Doc. This video is very helpful.

  • i have it real bad, so i started riding my bike 40k every day it seems to have helped. i can now sit down and stand up without the nerve freaking out and causing a spasm. i also do a bunch of stretches including these, and i also sleep with a rolled up towel under my back.ive nearly got rid of all the pain in the leg but when i bend over my back is so stiff it hurts the back and glute anyone know how to fix this?i was thinking about getting a pair of gravity boots to releve some pressure?anyone?

  • Thank you so much for this video. I'm a ballet dancer and for a while i thought i had sprained my hamstrings doing splits. But funny thing is that I didn't feel the pain in the muscles. In fact, I'm considered to be very flexible. I tried the sciatic nerve test and the pain is unbearable. I have always had problems with lower back bain, lumbar area. I hope now that I know what it is, I can have this problem treated. Again, thank you for sharing this video.

  • so true!

  • siatica is a bitch end of story, i miss sport like someone has chopped one of my limbs off. siatica is like recieveing a cake thats absolutely beautiful and then someone pisses on it

  • @saxtobus ????

  • sciatica is killing me,cant seem to get much improvement, regardless of how much ive spent on pt,chiro, oesteos, massage etc...u say to fulcrum just under the point of tension..right? however my back pain has largely gone and im simply left with full leg length sciatic nerve pain, so i take it i dont need to do any of the fulcrum thing as i wouldnt really be able to locate the point of tension you talk about, the point of tension for me is in my right glute really!

  • Has it improved in eleven months?

surely you must have found some relief?

  • I have sciatica and i don't know what to do?
