I use demi permanent for gray. Its not as harsh as permenanet.

you can use this stuff called color oops its rly cheap and doesnt damage your hair...i use manic panic all the time and i use color oops to get it out

I never went to get it done in a salon, I just figured out it's not gonna last that long unless you take like 1 shower a week... and if you do athletics and gymnastics... one shower is gonna mean you're smelly!
