  • november 1999??

  • I can swear that on the stage with dylan is patty smith. :)) the end could be much better.....

  • That was it? shit. Well it was interesting. Coollio.

  • so u nbever got to meet him....wow

  • you guys are twats. its not dylan the man thats important its his material. regardless of fame or fortune he is a man just like you and I. Do a documentary on his material and how it is unlike anything. Explore that. He is nothing more than flesh and bones. His poetry is what was supposed to transcend all continuums, not his life.

  • The whole premise of Don't Look Back was about Bob Dylan the person. It in fact almost gives a negative look at the person he really was. Documentaries have been done about his music, but to some Dylan as a person is quite interesting too. Great film guys.

  • i agree... the people that made this film possible were just like any other press related material. Nobody got it because Dylan never let the fame get to him. He always saw himself as a regular person, and didn't want to be bothered with the publicity. It was unimportant to him. That's what made him so "REAL".

  • i agree with you completely. Nicely said.

  • If anybody deserves to talk to Bob Dylan it should be you guys... but it was a great film anyway! You got to talk to Jesse Dylan which was an achievement in itself

  • Dylan is very odd - he tours constantly, but won't give interviews. That's his mystique.

  • way to spell homo...fuckin homo

  • lol you noobs failed so hard.. bob dylan is a god, gods don't talk to idolizing peons

  • Pretty good film. Brings us into sympathy with the film makers. More poetic that they didn't meet Dylan probably : )

  • interesting. I kinda knew he'd never say yes, but the movie was still interesting, certainly. I'm surprised you got to Jesse Dylan actually. But of course he didn't really want anything to do with talking about Bob or connecting fans to Bob...

BTW--The Pete Seeger axe story is debateable, as are his reasons. And he is still seen as a great musician, and there's no way that Dylan stopped being a fan of his over that. Times have changed. Give Pete Seeger a listen...(if you haven't already)

  • great film! the sound could be goosed up a bit! Very hard to hear.

  • hmm so you didnt meet him after all these videos? disappointing to say the least.

  • Cool Thanks...Can you put up NDH?

  • Unfortunately, Floatingfilms is not a Dylan channel but a channel for films made at the Floating Films company.

  • Thanks for putting these up...did you do the whole movie though?

  • Yes. You can watch Look Back Don't Look Back parts 1 through 4.
