Ur really underestimating chinese made guns. I got a 4 year old A&K m4 s-system and it still works flawlessly and got it for around $70 bucks at that time. If buying chinese guns, it depends on your luck, my friend uses his JG HK416 roughly (holds on full auto for long) in every skirmish and not once does his gun failed on him, whereas my other team mates using customized guns often breaks down on the field. some chinese guns are great out of the box but some are crap.

@lolomgswearwords I love that you laugh at something that's a good thing. When testing the accuracy of the gun you should really have it on a platform. Otherwise you are testing the accuracy of the shooter AND gun, not just the gun.

Honestly I think most reviewers should be using a firing platform because who the hell knows if it's them or the gun that is good/sucks otherwise.

THERE ARE TWO PRODUCTION MODELS OF THE JG STEYR AUG. the military, which comes stock with a built in adjustable scope, and comes colored green, and the civilian, which comes black, has a weaver rail mount system on it. both have fold down hand grips (which suck) and are exceptionally good guns.

@mobiCOKIA I prefer the bullpups personally. They make good candidates for mid-range sniping while also allowing for CQB action. Plus the aug design allows for multiple types of barrels to be attached, so you can throw a shorter barrel on for CQB or an even longer barrel to do a full sniper rifle.

I've seen someone with this thing, and trust me, it's a BEAST with some quality internals. If you buy this, get some good gears, i think systema makes some good ones, (of course). and then if u get a hopup bucking and a tightbore, 11.1v Lipoly too, ur good to go. I've seen it perform excellent at about 300ft.
