F this bullshit. Dont be a pawn. Save your money. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and the meat you like, if you want meat. Eat some wild Salmon(if you can get it) Be loving to your self and those close to you;however, dont listen to dr Oz, Barbara Walters or this tool. (whoever he is). Resveratrol has been proven to work on various animals including monkeys. If it works on all these other animals then it's most likely going to work in humans.
