Sorry people but Bostaph is a way better drummer than Lombardo is, ever was, or ever will be. I'm not saying he fits Slayer better, nor trying to convince that he fits better, but I personally preferred him better with Slayer.

Go watch both of their clinics. Lombardo's good in the studio, but sloppy during clinics. Bostaph....well....he tight!

As a drummer, i rate Bostaph higher than Lombardo.

Both are technically gifted, but I believe Lombardos talent lies in breakneck pace as opposed to the sheer machine-gun complexity of Bostaphs drumming.

I my opinion, dave lombardo is a little faster and slightly more skilled than paul bostapp but dave doesnt really seem to have the slayer "image" going and i personally like paul bostapp better.

Yeah i agree, the one thing that sets slayer apart from the average thrash metal acts out there is Dave Lombardo's inspirational and genius musicianship!. the periods between "seasons" and "christ" had their moments but lets face-Lombardo's return was a beautiful moment for all true slayer fans as the final unique ingredient was back where he belongs!-seriously, go listen to Lombardo on 1988's "live undead",now that's what I call drumming!

The necks of rhe guitars are longer than normal guitarnecks the strings could also be 13-58 or 17-70 but how less they swing you can see, it has to be one of these. A# tuning i just know about it, but the sound is too low for B and too high for A
