He had a brain tumor removed in 1997, the tumor damaged his adrenaline and pituitary glands, that and the meds for this caused the weight gain. He is a surviver and puts on a wonderful show despite all this!! He is still a great singer and he has a new CD comming out soon.

I nearly split my guts last summer singing along with them to "Midnight Blue" in concert. LOU GRAMM BAND rocks !!!!!
