  • Me encanta

  • I simply love this movie , I was really surprised that it wasn´t sucessful !

  • they looked great together

for all the critics who said it wasnt a good sequel

sat night fever had a foot up in the way of disco

this film relied on its own merit and i for one think it was fab

  • This scene is the best of the movie... even better than the greatest Rose/Jack moments in Titanic, from my point of view! ;D

  • yesss love this

  • finola is a fantastic dancer...such a great movie..better than the first one i think,,,better dancing etc!

  • For the life of me I don't get why critics didn't like the sequel. I've always loved this and actually thought it had better dancing than the first and a great storyline. Cynthia Rhodes & John Travolta are more than magical together here. The soundtrack to this is amazing & just stunning. That's Frank (John's brother) Stallone singing this beautiful duet with Cynthia.

  • @arweiss100 Fuck those critics. lol This movie has more emotion and passion than Saturday Night Fever. This more is quite better than the original.

  • @arweiss100 you mean slys bro dnt you...

  • @TheLemo2010 Oops, my bad, yes I meant Sly Stallone's brother Frank, who also has a part in the movie as the co-singer in Jackie's band.

  • thats coz she was and is a proffessional dancer...:)..check out dirty dancing...she was the blonde main dancer...INCREDIBLE!!

  • @0677992 Finola Hughes also started out as a dancer. She originated the role of Victoria the White Cat in the original London West End productions of Cats, before it came to Broadway. I am in love with Cynthia Rhodes' character and dancing, but don't misjudge Finola Hughes... She was also stunning in this movie!

  • I was shocked when I heard this got bad reviews as I always thought it was better than it's prequel.

  • como se llama esta cancion ayudaaaa por favor

  • As a man born in 1987 I have to say, this was awkward.

  • @Anewkeitaro cause you had such a firm grasp on the 80's at three years old, right? pssh

  • Cynthia Rhodes ..truly one of the best dancers ever!

  • The finale was fabulous. I have watched this movie dozens of times and never grow tired of any of it. Even the styles are so perfect for the era and I see a lot of them creeping back into today's trends. Cynthia is stunning and truly there are no words for John...his looks, his bod, and of course, his strut!

  • hey do u now the name of the song?

    thanx if respond

  • @summermuffin100 , that song name is: I'm Never Gonna Give You Up (=

and I realy like that dance ^^, !

  • Como é gratificante ver esses dois dançando, parecem flutuarem, é lindooooooooooo d++++++++++++++++++++++......

  • ...This scene alone convinced me that it was Zack Snyder directing it.

  • @vikanazarova What you just said made me convinced your very stupid.

  • @TimeBolt

I love it when people judge other people's intelligence while using bad grammar. Contradictory much.

  • John Travolta, Uuugh!! Oh he's fine. I have loved him forever!

  • Cynthia Rhodes is SO talented and beautiful--dancer, actress, and singer. Richard Marx is one lucky man!

  • I can´t understand why this movie wasn´t sucessful , I loved it so much !

  • bellissimo john travolta!!!!

  • questa scena ti fa stare bene...senti vivere il cuore...e esenti il senso delle cose vere....ciooè dell'amore

  • best scene ever

  • 14 people did not stay alive long enough to finish watching this video

  • .. bellissimooo jonny.....

  • WHO IS SINGING THIS SONG CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME,,,

  • @tutti1331 Frank Stallone.... Sylvester Stallone's brother he played in the movie as Cynthia Rhoades partner at the night club

  • @tutti1331 it's Cynthia Rodes and Frank Stallone.. cynthia is the wife of richard marx

  • the move she makes at 1:35 has haunted my teenage dreams, yea.

  • they have the chemistry we all want to touch

  • I dance like John Travolta

  • i feel u golfergirl, it's my fav to i think they need to check it out again.

  • Man... Every-Body...Was So SLIM...Back Then!!

  • Richard Marx aboutley dated a fucking woman. i don't like Cynthia Rhodes.i love Richard sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much.

  • This is absolutely beautiful! love this scene

  • cynthia is a natural dancer...she is also the main blonde dancer in dirty dancing..wether or not she has a training academy i im not exactly sure...i love her style...she is absolutely awesome to watch...incidently..i know she was married to Richard Marx (singer)...dont know if that is still happenning...i wish her the best......also..i agree with you golfergal.....it didnt do toooo well...but i love it too....im sure we have a wide fan club for this movie!

  • @0677992 OMG you're right! She WAS in Dirty Dancing, I can't believe I never noticed that.

  • Does anyone know if Cynthia has gymnastics training? She does gymnastics in both this movie & Flashdance.

  • love this clip

  • i LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE the movie!!!! just saw it a few minutes ago. I can't believe it i only saw this today. This movie had great dancing and I love Cynthia Rhodes she;s so sweet in the movie.

  • LOved iiiiiiit!!!!!!! It`s a pitty that the movie didn`t get any good rewied at it`s moment...

  • Beautiful, Lovely & Romantic!!

  • I love this song i love the 70's i love this film

  • @SuperKojak2009 movies from the 80s buddy

  • One of my favorite Travolta movies!

  • She's fantastic, I saw her yet on the clip "Woman in you"-Bee Gees, and "Rosanna"-Toto.

  • Cynthia Rhodes' character was a better dancer than the Finola Hughes character, imho. And she could sing.

  • For a video about the choreographically revamped & re-certified Saturday Night Fever1978 (PG)visit "The Advanced Saturday Night Fever 3".

  • This movie is the shit.

  • Siempre me encantó esta película!! La vi como 10 veces, en esa época. Me alegra tanto volver a verla..

  • unfortunately, I show my age, but this litlle piece of video is just sooooo smooth, sensual, nice.

Their youth, beauty and grace is somehow out of time...

    Thank very much!

    Ajabu

  • @Ajabou69

Hi Ajabou... I am half your age, but... Sometimes thay say that every generation sees things different, and is something we cannot stop. Maybe it´s true, but if you admire good movies, truth, real life, real dance - refering to SA - you have to see difference between what we can watch now, and what we could see in this movie. It was my Boyfriend who showed me movie not long time ago (dont ask me why so late, I am crazy about good dance movies). And now... I just love it ;)

  • Very good!!!

  • Lindo esses dois dançando!!!

  • My god this movie is is the shit.

  • @jayr1977ful

I hope you don't kiss yo Momma with the filthy mouth!

  • It would have been such a sweeter ending if Jackie (Cynthia Rhodes) had have somehow got the female lead in the show at the end with Tony. They were so great together and I think it would have been so great if she had been a last-minute replacement for that horrible other woman, Laura.

  • que coisa lindaaa, não me canso de ver....fantástico, perfeitoo!!!!

  • F A V O L O S O ! ! !

  • John is a sweet - man - I love his movies - I have seen Grease, Sat.Nite Fever, Staying Alive.. a pilllllllllionnnn times. Deb

  • Cythia Rhodes was a magnificent dancer, of sourse we remember her from "Dirty Dancing" . She gave up her career and maarried Richard Marx and had children but during the 80's no dancer could compare with her. She was also in Flashdance and was really a dancer, she didin't have a double. Love her. John Travolta was also wonderful here. He is such a good dancer. Wish her would stay in shape. He is so talented.

  • I love this movie one of my favorites...

  • anyone know the name of the song ? i have sat night soundtrack on tape

  • @SPYSINA1 "I'm Never Gonna Give You Up"

Performed by Frank Stallone and Cynthia Rhodes, Spysina

  • @diuga1 thank you

  • OMG Im crying what memories !!!!!!!

  • i used to dance like that way

  • they are so beautifull great dancers i love it i try to find the film and the music but it seems impossible

  • Comment removed

  • dang at 2:15 look at her back thats a talented dancers i wish there were more of them around like that

  • Rhodes is married to singer/songwriter Richard Marx. She met Marx in 1983 while she was working on the motion picture soundtrack for Staying Alive. Rhodes, who was seven years his senior, thought he was much too young for her to date at the time.[Marx and Rhodes didn't start their relationship until two years later, when they both were reacquainted at a party. After a four-year courtship, the couple married on January 8, 1989.

  • She is and always will be a great dancer retard she was in dirty dancing. She probably is over with all that and has a family now she made her money.

  • Would like to see Cynthia in more movies

  • a great ballad, i watched the movie, brings back great memories. A really beautiful number

  • Dang. I'm Jackie to a tee and I'm also Gigi in 'He's Just Not That Into You'. HELP! LOL.

  • I Love love love this movie! I know it didn't get great reviews...but it was one of my all time favs! John and Cythnia were awesome!

  • @golfergal wich movie is this i don´t remember

  • @golfergal I feel exactly the same way! It's extremely underrated.

  • @golfergal her head almost touch her tail ! So talented love this movie . Noone appreciated then but now we cant get enough of it !

  • @golfergal GRIN, remember the sequence AFTER they did the dance sequence? ;)

  • @golfergal I thought I was the only one that felt this way!

  • @golfergal I agree. I haven't seen Saturday Night Fever. I just saw this movie couple of days back and envy of that generation. Superb movie. Also Cynthia's Finding Out the Hard Way song is also an outstanding. She was also beautiful and graceful in her character.

  • @golfergal agree 100% !!! They short changed cynthia rhodes though.. Every movie she's in.. Stylishflashdance, dirty dancing... Pisses me off.. Loved this movie...... She outshines everyone know matter when she was told to down play get dancing techniques...

  • Thanks for posting this. A very sweet moment from this film.

    A beautiful song.

  • 1:54 :D

  • she is the best dancer..hands down!!

  • I love this scene.

  • Frank Stallone singing with Cynthia Rhodes (now Mrs Richard Marx) on a song that she wrote, as Cynthia herself dances with John Travolta. Cynthia was the "Manhunter" dancer in "Flashdance" and was Penny in "Dirty Dancing". Then she walked away from it all for motherhood to 3 boys.

  • @RaiderEleven Also did a stint as the lead singer of Animotion on their third album before marrying Marx.

  • You got to wonder if she ever looked back. She was then a great dancer and could have been a Star if she wanted to. Where is she now ?

  • A very soulful song...magical in my book.

  • totally with you on this!

  • I love his songs, it's so beautiful! And this scene is the best of the movie.

  • Si è una scena bellissima. Io ho sempre sognato di danzare, ma la mia colonna vertebrale non può..... Peccato sarà per sempre il mio grande sogno

  • 4u 4 2 nite

  • This is the most beautiful song i have ever heard in my life. I really wish that they made music like this today so that young people would have the opportunity to experience what real music is.

  • Fantastico!!!!

  • j'adore

  • I love this song!!! It is so romantic!

  • It is amazing! Talented and beautiful people! I love this scene in the movie! How can they dance like this???

  • its so obvious she is the professional dancer...its embarrasing....Sly knew the only way they could pull it off was to cover up Travolta's glaring dance weaknesses by having it all split up in slow-mo sequences...the same in Finola hughes finale sequence

  • True, but I like the fact that he actually worked as hard as he did to do his own dancing unlike the lead actors in Flashdance and Footloose where other people did it.

  • My movie!!!! JT was so adorable, and I still know this movie and all the lines, music, and scenes by heart! I loved Cynthia's voice and she was so pretty! Loved Finola too - she was so beyotchy but when she went to GH I just kept thinking of her in Staying Alive! hehehehe

  • This movie is hot!

I love John and Cynthia Rhodes.

  • well.... unfortunately nowadays... only a few few few people dare dancing like they are doing ...and this song.. is so GREAT..... It has been a long while since the last time I watched this movie....

    great movie...

  • This is one of my favorite moments in the film.

  • john i love you forever!!!1

  • oh my... they are dancing so sensually... they are wonderful together... and the song is magnificent... great video!

  • That"s was those great movies about love and dance reunited together. Not like that crap we have today like Step Up or Honey...

  • step up and honey suck SHIT!

  • @FirstBBlood1103 OH THANK YOU so much for posting this. I agree :)

  • She was a fantastic dancer, you may not have had a deserved recognition, they dance with the emotion and heart complicity between them.

  • wonderful scene

  • GOD DAMN!Cynthia Rhodes is so fucking hot.great dancer and singer.i better go back to the future and get her.LMAO.i know it's impossible

  • I'm so damn hot also. my parents were So lose to naming me Cynthia Rhoads. but im glad thats not my name. My moms sister was also going to name her daughter Cynthia. so i lucked out

  • Me encanta la pelicula, me encanta la cancion me encanta jhon T, que filin, que sensualidad, grandioso, en estos tiempos cuando se ha vuelto a ver un tema romantico muy bonito

  • Fantastic scene...what amazing dancers!

  • i love this song

  • This movie bombed with a bang when it came out. :O John Travolta's "Perfect" followed suite...ughhhh. It's no where near as cool as Saturday Night Fever with the Bee Gees music "How Deep is Your Love" etc....

Frankly, I think Cynthia danced better in Flashdance via the song "Manhunt".

  • You want to reach through the TV sometimes and smack Tony upside and teh head and go "You fool! She's the ONE!"

Cynthia Rhodes defined sensuality and adorable from this one movie alone. Such a hottie.

  • I see one of the reasons this failed...He is not Tony even though he is Tony in this movie...the big accent that he had in the original flick Saturday Night Fever is missing...that is a HUGE part of the Tony character

  • One of my fav scenes. Cynthia is a beautiful and excellent dancer and singer too!

  • como se llama especificamente este tema? me encanta...si alguien sabe por favor me lo escribe aqui?

  • se llama never gonna give you up..saludos=)

  • lovly song who sang it

  • Cynthia Rhodes (the dancer) and Frank Stallone sang it...great movie

  • damn right its a great film it was directed and written by sylvester stallone

  • She was such an AMAZING dancer!

  • An incredibly sexy movie.......

  • One of my favorites... Great movie!!!

  • haha I used to watch this movie all the time

  • i love john travolta's dance moves.

  • Great dancers. Great song an amazing scene in the film too. shes a great singer too. love john forever.

  • Sexy....

  • my favorite part of the movie.

  • この映画のこの曲だけ是非聴きたいのですが、なんという曲でしょうか。

  • this one is mindblowing.. excellent song & dance.. thanks

  • 1 of the best dances in film

  • Perfect dancing, perfect bodies, perfect music. Thks for post it.

  • You said it!

  • Cynthia Rhodes is a legend and the reason I'm a dancer, and teacher of 300 pupils a week. She's such an inspiration.... X

  • ah im excited to watch it tonight xD

  • hell yeahhhhhh!!

  • Beautiful song.

  • A lovely moment from this movie. Beautiful song.

  • John is so hot in this movie! My heart goes out to him and Kelly for the loss of their son Jett. What a tragedy!

  • I love this song. She should have recorded an album or something, she has such an angelic voice. Frank Stallone did a great job with the music as well.

  • john is sooo hot. i've loved him since he was a sweathog. still love him today

  • His accent is to different from Saturday Night Fever.

  • Beautiful Video!!!!

  • i like this movie better than fever. even though, fever is wat made him wat he is now.

  • Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • She is still beautiful, has a great body and has been married to Richard Marx for years. I love her ! This bring back wonderful memories!!

  • Good Dancing. Gotta luv it.

  • cynthia rohode is the girl in the video for the song ROSANNA by TOTO.

  • she was penny in dirty dancing and did alot of the dance moves for Jessica beal in flashdance i.e. the water scene when it falls out of the bucket.

  • you mean jennifer beals in Flashdance. And the one who did dance double for Jennifer in that movie is not Cynthia Rhodes but was some French dancer named Marine Jahan.

  • Still a bit weird she gave it all up completely to raise her children, sure there would have bee no home to do the odd thing or two...but then again, would any man want to see their wife moving like this with another man on screen...it would be enough to make any man paranoid.

  • What is with these silly skinny comments, she is a dancer or was, it is her job to be thin, trim, liftable and flexible...if you cannot understand that, do not critque a professional at the top of her game at all.

You do not get fatty tissue, by being that flexible, moviable and active.

Cynthia was at the top of her game when it game to 80's dance movies, I havent seen anyone as good as her since...I wouldnt mind seeing her on some of these tv reality dance shows.

  • Cynthia...donde quieras que estés...sos un angel.

  • yo tbien la amo ninguna d las mamarrachas q hay ahora y son gdes estrellas anglina jolie, nicole kiddman etc, tienen el talento q ella tenia

  • Cynthia truly was talented, great voice and great dancer too. Too bad we don't see her perform anymore.

  • Damn Travolta used to be smokin'! Now he just smokes Tom Cruise!lol
