I Have the same figure with the facehugger, AWESOME. But the paint peels off on the alien a bit, but just a little and as long as I don't play with it alot, it should be fine.
They should really stop redesigning the aliens, It messes with their credibility, they are the coolest movie monster ever, and everbody wants a piece of them, but the warrior from the first, the workers from the second (and the queen) and the elite from the third was more than enough - no more.
I kinda like the one from A#3 amd the one from A#1 is probably the most detailed and the original, but A:R was just plain awful, and I dont mean the film, its impossible to arcticulate how bad that was, the design of the Aliens in A:R was the velociraptors from Jurassic Park in a costume - an abonination in the bad sense of the word, the unwanted byproduct of maggot production!
Yeah....and what's up with the human-born xenos having digitigrade legs?
That's just stupid.
A:R literally looks like they took some chicken wire, made it into the basic alien shape, melted down some oil based clay, and slopped that shit on there.
I seem to have blocked out that part - but I have only seen A#4 in the movie theater at its premire, and that was a marathon with all the Alien(s) movies in one go, and A#2 was directors cut!, when the first 3 where done the #4 was soo bad to sit through as the first 3 where still fresh in my memory!
I think that will be a monumental project, the 4 Alien should have been "Earth Warm, this time its their turn" (dark horse)- let the aliens come to earth, let them multiply until the whole world is in allout war, the last of the surviving humans leave earth, the Aliens triumph, then go into hibernation - and the film ends with the appropriate "Darwin was right" hehe
on the back there is a black little piece on the head the back of it push it really hard and it will snap in place i am going post vid showing how to do it also need help with arm right
which would u reccomend avpr alien or avp alien i like avp alien more cuz it is closer to the design of the original giger design hard choice i like avp more but i dont wanna be wrong help plz!

The funny thing is that they haven't redesigned it since A:R!
All of the aliens since that movie have been recasts of the A:R version.
They just need to resculpt the original Giger warrior, skull and all, with the vac-formed dome. They just need to do it once, and it will be done.

I actually liked the idea of A:R's story....
The execution just wasn't alien-y enough...
If you watch City of Lost children, it will soften the blow of A:R. But so much potential wasted for the sake of style.
Oh well, Part of the reason I want to become a director is to give the A/P (not avp)the slap in the face they deserve. Revive them...
