Megrahi isn't even guilty of the Lockerbie bombing. It was a UK/USA cover up.

Google Dr Jim Swire. whose daughter Flora was killed in the bombing. Even put magrahi in wiki and you'll see the man was innocent. In 2003 Nelson Mandela described his conviction as "a clear miscarriage of justice". He is inocent and thats why the US government created a stink. The BBC are now obligated to create a stink from US diplomatic pressure.
