I had the same plane when I as I child I would really want to have it again. Please if anyone out there could help me in finding one, will appreciate all the help.
I can't believe this. I used to have one as a child and I gave it to my little cousin. I don't know why but I think my parents said I was too old. I was only thinking about it the other day.
Neat looking battery toy. That cockpit makes this Viscount look like a fighter jet! By the way, I don't believe SAS ever used the Viscount in its past fleet.
my goodness, this toy is great, I wish I had it!

Blimey, I had one of those when i was a kid! But I think it might have been a Bristol Britannia?

OMG, so cool. Old toys are the best although I could see some dumber kids gouging out their eye on the props.

Can it fly??

Dear All,
I have some question about psychology and design of aeroplanes:
(1) Why do we love flying?
(2) Why do we want to have a cockpit glass that is transparent from ceiling to nose head like this RC plane?
(3) Why do we enjoy to have an cabin that the ceiling is totally transparent?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideeas and brainstorm!!! :)

WC3PO...The Electra model has spinning props, a taxi function & cabin lights. This is a Viscount (check the oval windows)...

thought this was a real airliner. Saw it was a model, slightly disappointed. HOWEVER, the moving stewardess saves it. I WANT ONE!
GretchenLikesToEat 1 year ago
I think that is supposed to be a Lockheed Electra L-188, not a Viscount.

Looks to me like the aft cabin passengers had a way better view than first class!

They did briefly as a lease from Fred Olsen Lines.

There's always an exception, somehow. I stand corrected!
