I've always wondered how they get in those those seats on the flight Deck. So they step on the back wall in a clear spot, climb up a... Is that a chair or a special step? And then from there climb up to the seats, right? :P

@Eagle1Division2 Seat 4 is used as a step to get in seats 1/2. The back aft flight deck has a ground support platform to step on that covers instrumentation. It is removed after ingress. The rear windows also have covers during ingress that are man rated and may be stepped on. Ground support platforms allow you to get anywhere you have to when the orbiters in the vertical.
