he's done this "freestyle" a few times so obviously it's not really a freestyle off the top of the dome, you can also tell by his lack of emotion in beginning, when you have punchlines like that normally he would accentuate his voice and it would make for a better delivery so you can tell this is rehearsed, maybe at one time it was a freestyle.
