Its called a "Hi-Bounce Pinky Ball" i have a couple of them and I got them because of Toby. I also remember them from when I was a kid in NYC playing Hand Ball with them. Toby was my favorite too!!

It's a pink rubber ball. It's often referred to as a "Spaulding" ball. It was/is often used for playing stickball. Toby, being from Brooklyn and a Yankees fanatic, probably played TONS of stickball as a kid.
