So sad. I live in a fairly backward town, a town whose citizen would fair just as well under a king, for all they care about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. A town where I was told by the Vets agent, when I was supposed to talk on why I was against the war, "I cannot guarantte your safety if you speak." And my son is a lt. colonel in the Army, forced by Stop-Loss to forego his retirement after 23 years from the Army.

We have to stay out of Iran. They don't even have nuke weapons like the soviets did during the cold war, lets just have another cold war with Iran at least, at best lets never, ever give up on dialogue.

We live near NH and have thought about assisting in the primary on DK's behalf. We are, however, constantly active in the peace movement and there are only so many hours in a day, and still one has a life to live!

Peace Please! Bring our troops home now. Give Iraq and its natural recourses back to the Iraqi people. Give the huge bases we are building in Iraq to the Iraqi people; give them the chance to rebuild their own country. We have to get out, completely including our corporate interests so that the Iraqi people and the people of Muslim faith know we are NOT trying to rule the planet and force Christianity down their throats.
