B flat chord is my current headache. Having trouble getting those two barred strings to cooperate. I know it's me and not the uke so I just have to keep on practicing. Thanks Mike for all your help. Your videos are a Godsend!

Hi Mike it seems the barre chords are the beginners nightmare of learning stringed instruments, it's also true in my case. I still have trouble with Bm B7 and Bb, sometimes the sounds OK other times not so.Thanks for your "hope" tutorial and see if I get it right once and for all

Hi Mike, another excellent uke tutorial. Thanks. A quick question: Is there a reason why the Bb chord (or B chord and others) is played as a partial barre as I find it easier to get a less duff sound barring along the entire 2nd fret? Cheers and happy strumming to you too.
