I am now retired from the United States Navy. See wore those cloths during her show onboard. As he left she was dressed in in a low cut blue dress (below her knees) and a white silk jacket. Its only for the show the costume. Those men onboard did not have a problem and were well behaved. I should know I was one of the Ships Security Force. Go Navy Go Cher. Many thanks to Cher for giving those young men a morale boost. God knows they earned it.
