My family went to Bil Baird's theater to see his version of Winnie the Pooh- an unforgettable experience, even though I had yet to receive my first pair of glasses so I didn't see the show quite as well as I would have liked! That sets the date at pre-1967...

Bil Bairds puppets were boring. I like Greer Lanktons better, check out the Mattress Factory.

I was lucky enough to see Bill Baird's Pinochio, performed in his Brooklyn theater when I was a kid... like this it was unlike anything I've seen before or after...
