Cayless may be born & bred in Australia but he turned down an origin jersey as he wanted to play for NZ unlike Karmichel Hunt who was born/bred in NZ and turned down a NZ jersey to play for Austrlia. Bennet has not won 9 world cups - Chris Anderson was the coach in 2000, and remeber Bob Fulton was in 1988.
