5s is to give management folk something to do!
it takes them 5 weeks to implement a plan for a 10 minute job!and then forget about it until it's audit time then it's crunch time for a few days to get compliant. what a waist of time,if they did their job in the first place and you wouldn't need a 5s.
5s is not a new idea,it's for people that can't get it together on their own and need their hand held to get a job done-just window dressing for someone to make money off.

Not that bad of a presentation... but...
- If you give an overview, you should stick to the same words for the headlines (you mixed up Stabilise and Set)
- PLEASE get yourself some powerpoint skills... your template suxx, and so do most of your slides... even the font suxx... and what about all the CAPITILZED words? There are better ways to stress important words, we are not in the typewriter-age anymore...
