I also agree with the brother that the main culprit in this is matroodi as he is the director and nothing in this mosque happens without his permission. You cant even put up a small notice on the mosque noticeboard without his permission let alone use the mosques name without him knowing. I personally know matroodi and know the lengths he will go to for money. I have heard from some brothers that work with matroodi that seveal hundrerd throusand pounds have gone missing from the mosque account with no one knows about. Only matroodi knows where this money went. He sacked the last imam when he questioned matroodi on the finincial affairs of the mosque and questioned the way he runs the mosque. The same reason that previous imams are sacked for no matter what matroodi says himself.
The issue here is matroodi. The kitchen claim that they had permission from the mosque administration use pictures and the name of the mosque where they did. As for his benefit he was probably being paid a sum of money in return for the permission he granted. It would be nieve to assume that the kitchen with makes several thousands of pounds each week in profit would jepordise their existing business in the mosque by doing this without his permission or at least him knowing.
