I hated this movie. It was as cheesy and pointless as the new starwars trilogy. Ok wasn't that bad but it made me think how much better the first one acctually was. My opinion. If you disagree please give me insight as to why you thought it was good.

It was an awesome movie BUT I was VERY ticked at the fact that Sonja wasn't blond. She was shown blond in the first movie AND in the book. That is what helped set her apart from the others in the book. It was an awesome movie though.

While the fight scenes were too fast & dark to really see what was happening, the story line answered many of the questions the first two movies left us with yet redeemed the trilogy from the disaster that was the second film.

omg twilight vampires shouldn't even be considered vampires. these vamps and lycans in underworld are how it should be. and i didnt feel like selene was missing from the movie. it flowed well without her. lucian was amazing. sheen is amazing. and yes he was smoking in the movie.

it was definitely better than the second and just as good as the first.

if you're a fan of the first two, you will love this one-

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans was a grand triumph in the realm of trilogies that upped the ante with the action while successfully answering some of the unanswered mysteries from the previous two films.

The film does answer a lot of questions and provides some nice insight to the Lycans, though it suffers from the same fate as most prequels do...even a casual viewer of this series knows which characters will live, which will die, and how it will end. The film isn't really about the resolution, but rather the journey to the end. In fact, it's made in such a way that you can certainly watch the trilogy in chronological order.
